offer the guarantee to let you know we are confident in DermaTend™.
In the rare case that it does not work, or perhaps someone decides
that it is not for them, then we will gladly refund the purchase
price (less shipping and handling).

No, DermaTend is currently only available online.

Q. Can I cancel my
order?
A. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as credit
cards are billed during the checkout process. Orders are refunded
only if in compliance with the Return Policy. Once an order has
been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q. I entered a wrong
address on my order, can I change it?
A. Please call us on 775-323-1413 straight away so that we may
change the address for you.
We aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours.
If a package is returned to Solace International,
Inc. as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of
the shipping carrier or Solace International, Inc.) the customer
will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship
the product.
