The 60-day Money Back Guarantee applies only to product purchased directly from us through our website or placed through our toll-free phone order line. Product purchased elsewhere from retail stores, EBay or other Internet sites are subject to the return policies of that particular website or store and you must contact them to claim any guarantees they may offer.
We will refund the product price ONLY.
ALL products you received with your order must be returned for a
refund.
(We will not refund original shipping charges or customer shipping costs to return unused portions of product).
To claim your Money Back Guarantee:
--Email us at info@dermatend.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) This number is to be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. Please include your order number in the subject line of this email.
--Must provide proof of purchase. (This is the invoice emailed to you when ordering, NOT the delivery confirmation Email).
--Must provide completely filled Refund Request Form. (Please click to print out the form)
--All returns must include the actual product/s SEALED in a plastic bag away from the paperwork.
All products you received with your order must be returned for a refund. You do not need to send back the original boxes, band aids, etc..
Product returned without Proof of Purchase, Refund Request Form or RMA# clearly written on the outside of the returned package will incur a $10 administration fee. For Sanitary reasons all returns of product that are not in a separate plastic bag away from the paperwork will be thrown out and no refund will be provided. No refund will be provided for orders over the 60 day period.
We CANNOT and WILL NOT accept packages marked as "Refused" or "Return to Sender" for refunds. This is illegal and these packages will be thrown out and no refund will be provided.

All packages should be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) Solace International, Inc. is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received.
--Once the refund request is received, we will refund the product price by issuing credit directly to the credit card used for purchase. Refunds are processed once weekly. Allow 20-25 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns MUST be in our office within 60 days of the date your order was shipped to be eligible for a refund.
